How do I request a seat?
Search a route, open one that matches, and tap Request seat. The driver accepts or declines by hand — you'll be notified either way, usually within a few hours.
How do I pay the driver?
Directly, outside the app. Cyrahop never processes payment — the driver's cost-share estimate is shown on the route, and you settle it with them yourselves.
Why do I need to verify my ID?
So every rider and driver on the platform is a checked, real person. It's free and required of everyone — there's no way to skip it.
I want to post a route as a driver — where do I start?
Register your vehicle, then post a route. Employer routes need no permit and can go live immediately; public routes need your LTFRB Special Permit verified first.
