A full privacy policy, compliant with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), is being finalized before public launch and isn't published yet. What already holds in the product: government ID and selfie data collected for KYC is used only for verification and permit review; your precise pickup location is never shown on a public post and only reaches the driver you're matched with, after they accept; face photos shared in a trip's group chat are watermarked and visible only inside that thread.
