The reason it exists

You are not stranded if a driver cancels.

Everything else here is useful. This is the part a group chat cannot do for you: if a confirmed driver cancels, we go looking for another seat on your corridor for the same morning, and tell you directly.

Attendance and no-show record

Every completed trip and every no-show is recorded against both sides, so reliability is a fact rather than a claim.

Automatic cost-share split

The per-seat share is computed for you and locked when a driver accepts. You still pay your driver directly — Cyrahop never handles the money.

Insurance record

Your trips are on record with the vehicle and driver declared for each one, which is what an insurer asks for after an incident.

What Plus is not

It is not access to matching. Searching, requesting a seat, and your own ride list are free on every plan, including no plan at all. Identity verification is free for everyone, always, and is never part of Plus. Drivers are never charged for anything.
